By using our website or services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

    Services

    We provide truck repair/maintenance and parts sales. Work follows industry and manufacturer standards.

    Estimates and Pricing

    Estimates are based on initial diagnosis. If additional repairs are needed, we will contact you for approval before exceeding the estimate by more than $50 (Michigan law).

    Payment Terms

    Payment is due upon completion unless arranged in advance. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Approved fleet accounts are billed per agreed terms.

    Warranty

    We warranty workmanship. Parts warranties follow manufacturer terms. Excludes misuse, accidents, and lack of maintenance.

    Limitation of Liability

    Liability is limited to the cost of services provided. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (including downtime).

    Privacy

    Personal information is handled per our Privacy Policy.

    Changes to Terms

    We may update these terms. Continued use indicates acceptance of updated terms.

    Governing Law

    Michigan law governs these terms. Disputes are handled in Wayne County, Michigan.
